Makki Mosque

We undertook a comprehensive construction project of a large Mosque and Madrassah in Bolton. The client had a vision of what they wanted and we worked well together to ensure their vision was achieved. This involved overall management of the project and liaising with sub -contractors to ensure the work was completed to the highest standard. 5 Bed room Luxurious Private house

We undertook a large design and build project to meet our client's high standards. This Project is a modern and contemporary house that YMG Construction are completing to a high specification.

Taylor Street Mosque

This was a challenging regeneration project which involved the transformation of an old well used building into a modern and extremely functional Madrassah. We worked within achievable targets and ensured that the client was happy with the end results.

Texaco Garage

An internal and external project that ensured we co-ordinated a host of craftsmen to ensure minimal disruption to the clients ongoing business. We kept to a scheduled timescale to ensure the deadline was met.

Bentley Service Station

YMG Construction undertook a refurbishment of the existing garage and also created additional space and facilities to enable a Subway to be added on site. The external works created extra car parking space and we worked to upgrade the Pumps to the latest standards.

Refurbishment of 18 Two bed modern Flats at Nelson Street

YMG Construction secured the contract to refurbish and convert an old building into 18 Two bed modern flats in the town centre. It was a design and build project where We co-ordinated a range of craftsmen to create excellent high specification self contained flats .

Masjid e Haydiah

This was an extension of an existing mosque to accommodate a growing population in the area. Both the internal and external works were undertaken and the end result ensured the two buildings complemented one another. The client was very impressed with the finish of this work.

Longsight Service Station

We carried out a complete knockdown and rebuild on this site. The contract was a complete design and build project and YMG worked to ensure the client's needs were all met. And job was completed on time without any delays to avoid impact on running business.

Civil Engineering Works

YMG Construction has secured the contract for the construction of a new road and drainage system. The road will serve 5 luxurious detached houses and also go down to a further 21 houses. It is about 600 meters of foul and surface drainage with large attenuation tanks to store and regulate rain water. This project is constructed to adoptable standards to Local Authorities and met the client's requirements.
